Dear Parents and Guardians, we are excited to launch FinalForms, our new online system for student info and sports paperwork. This website replaces almost all of the paper forms we used to require for school registration, like emergency medical sheets and contact info.
Please check your email inbox. You will receive an invitation from FinalForms to set up your account and sign your required papers. You must finish these online forms before the first day of school.
If you do not see an email tomorrow, it means we do not have your correct email address on file. Every student needs a parent or guardian email listed in our system. If you need to update yours, please call the main office at 740-259-5558 so we can add it to your file.
